On-Line Booking Request

Getting started is super easy! No need to create an account, or remember a password!

On-Line Booking Steps:

Look through the calendar to find a day and time that works best for you.
Complete the request form with your desired time and date, and click submit.
You will then see a message on this web page confirming that I have received your request and that the form was successfully submitted.
I will then send you an e-mail to verify your time and date that have been booked.

NOTE:

For your treatment to be booked, you must receive the e-mail from me verifying your time and date.

Please note, I always leave at least 15 minutes between clients to allow for changing, making payment, and for clients to discuss any concerns that they may have.

If you have booked me for an hour treatment, than that is what you get! Please note that Kinesiology Taping is considered part of a treatment.

The only circumstance that a client may be deducted time from their treatment, is if they arrive late.
